I haven't lived in Moses Lake in 23 years, but it still feels like going home.

When I was young my cousins and I would pretend to "fish"
off this bridge. We'd tie baling twine to a stick, and use a
soda can for the fish.


There's something happy and peaceful about being in the country. Minus the dirt and wind!


Januari and I have been best friends since I stopped hating
her when we were around 4.


On the drive home the kids were talking about what they'd do when they were married. Isaac said I'm never getting married. I'm going to live in a house with 2 cats and that's it.

Baby Shower

The boys and I went to Moses Lake for my cousin Allison's baby shower last weekend. She's having a baby girl in May. It was fun to see all the tiny pink things she got.

Brotherly Love

Our microwave broke (Our second in two years, but I'm not bitter.) Conrad and I were talking about getting a new one when Isaac asked if we were going to get stainless steel to match the stove. I told him if we did we'd have to sell a brother, and asked which one should we sell. He thought about it for a minute, and said I think Ethan because he always talks rude to you. Later on he said if we sell Alvin and Ethan we can buy a new refrigerator too!

Sin City

Conrad's dreamed of going to Las Vegas for as long as we've been together. I surprised him with a trip last weekend. It was fun to get away, and the weather was AMAZING!

Opening Night

My sister Christine and I went to see Wicked last night. I loved it! I'd never seen it, so didn't realize it was about the friendship between "The Good Witch" and "The Wicked Witch". My favorite scene was the near the end when Glinda and Elphaba sang For Good.

Dallin came over to play with Isaac this afternoon. They were playing hide and seek when they decided that wrestling would be more fun. I made them stop before someone got hurt, but it was so cute I had to take pictures first.

They took turns letting each other win.



It's so nice for them to have a buddy right next door.
